Design-Build for Renovation of Building 310 and 421

Client: Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station

Contract Value: $2,006,421

Building 310: Work included design and renovation of the main Security Forces building, including complete overhaul of the 14-foot x 10-foot entry system, canopy tunnel, and vestibule areas; removal and replacement of the entire HVAC system; complete overhaul/upgrade of interior lighting system; renovation of all interior space (4,961 square feet); enlargement (80 square feet) to weapons vault; and revisions to exterior parking/Architectural Barriers Act compliance.


Building 421: EMR completed the construction of a 2,100 square foot pre-engineered metal building addition and renovation of the occupied existing building, including intricate demolition, site/civil work, construction of a slab-on-grade floor, brick exterior walls, steel frame, painted gypsum board interior walls, suspended ceiling and lighting, standing seam metal roof, fire protection, electrical, plumbing upgrades, flooring, doors, and hardware.
