Demolition of the housing facility includes all foundations, walkways, canopies, staircases, and associated appurtenances (i.e., four nearby gazebos, four parking lots, a tennis/playing court, heating plant, AC plant and utilities). Work includes some hazardous material handling and incidental related work.
