EMR was awarded a $3.9M contract to demo an Unaccompanied Housing Facility that is made up of a central, single story mess wing and six wings, each three stories. Demolition of the housing facility includes all foundations, walkways, canopies, staircases, and associated appurtenances (i.e., four nearby gazebos, four parking lots, a tennis/playing court, heating plant, AC plant and utilities). Work includes some hazardous material handling and incidental related work.

EMR was awarded a $4.9M contract to renovate the NEX Main Store which may include, but is not limited to the interior remodel of existing tenant space to create a Mini Mart; the addition of exit vestibule adjacent to checkout area; the addition of a ‘connector link’ between Buildings 3725 and 3745, with an internal vestibule at Building 3745; rework of site work at Home Goods Garden Center space to resolve water issues; renovation of public toilet facilities in exchange store, Customer Service area, exterior breezeway space; and the addition of exterior entry elements and signage to Buildings 3725 and 3745.
